GiftSugg ("we", "our") provides AI-powered gift suggestions for iOS and Android. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data We Collect
- Photos (optional): Sent to our servers for AI analysis when you request suggestions. Not stored permanently after processing.
- Gift recipient details: Name, interests, budget, occasion, and similar form data — sent to our AI service to generate suggestions.
- Device identifier: Used to manage daily free credits and purchased credits.
- Purchase history: Transaction IDs processed via Apple App Store / Google Play billing.
- Local data: Gift suggestion history is stored on your device only.
Data We Do NOT Collect
- No account registration required
- No location tracking
- No advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking
- No ads in the app
Third-Party Services
- Google Gemini: AI analysis and gift generation
- Tavily: Product link and image search
- Apple / Google: In-app purchase processing
- Online stores: Shopping links may open third-party retailer websites
Children's Privacy
GiftSugg is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
